Bloody hot and not a lot of fish moving around. Didn’t have a bite in the top section even though some of the swims screamed barbel. I caught all my fish in the lower section after fighting my way through the undergrowth.. Even had a eel.

River low, water temp high not good conditions, went to reservoir instead. No fish caught. It would be helpful if more details about where to park and where to access the river was made available.
