Great height at 2'3'' but dirty. Drove 4 hours to get there. Fished for 3 hours. Drove home. Didn't feel confident from the moment I saw the river and didn't see any running fish. But today is probably a different story....

River nice height at 1metre but very brown ( more than one would expect). Very disappointing results. We fished a total of 3 good swims but the barbel were not having it . We suspect that something in the flood water was affecting their appetite .
