I fished Llwyn on reservoir, weather was windy and rainy but the fish were quite active, had a lot of bites. Managed to catch 4 rainbows, but missed lots of bites... I was fishing a carolina rig with maggots casting quite far. The bailiffs very welcoming and friendly, will def come back

Both fish caught using the Duo method, fish taken on the dropper, small pink scud.

This beat never disappoints. We were unable to access the swim at the point of the island to late in the day as there was another rod already there. No worries the barbel and chub were feeding intermittently throughout the day on the bend swim kindly advised by Colin the bailiff

Second of two days. Another very enjoyable day’s fishing. Chub were only small today but best two barbel were both 8 lbs exactly, taken simultaneously by both anglers fishing about 100 yards apart! Again, all the fish were in excellent condition. The other was a suicidal dace which managed to hook itself fairly on a boilie mounted on a size 10 hook!
