Four brown trout caught on spiders. One grayling caught on an experimental attempt at tight line nymphing. Cold downstream wind made the water feel warm in comparison.

River very low and clear. 60 chub between 3lb and 5lb 8oz. 5 Barbel all around 5lb. Few fish on the feeder with Pellet but the majority on the float with pellet or sweetcorn. Another great day on a lovely, well maintained stretch. Only 1 angler fished.
