1 rainbow caught on a gold head daddy. 3 other fish lost at the net on black Pennel, green buzzer and a small damsel - floating line. Good fishing, went surprisingly quieter towards evening.

River very low , caught a few dace trotting a float for a couple of hours and looking for the best swims. Tried rolling meat for the first time and after about 10 mins was into my first barbel, had another on meat then changed to a cage feeder and fished the deeper weir pool. Great day but the canoes are a pain on this stretch.
