Another lovley day on this wonderful river, levels were up the top croy was submerged, water had a bit of colour & was pushing through, we stayed mainly in the bottom field dropping baits in the deeper slower water all fish came to pellets fished on feeder tactics, nice & warm in the sun apart from the monsoon at lunchtime, stayed until dusk for the last fish which came around all too early

Steady days fishing on the weekend with 16 barbel caught on the tip using arrange of baits best being pellets wrapped in paste few caught on meat including the chub but also 3 eels.
Both have pbs of 9lb 11oz and 9lb 8oz including

changeable weather conditions went from windy to calm,heavy rain showers to warm sunny spells.
saw lots of carp bubbling and managed to catch 3 nice commons one at just over 10lbs and the other two both 11 pounders.
All fish, as always in immaculate condition and very hard fighting.

Trotting with maggots targeting Graying. Very light gear. Miserable wet day but fish were biting well amongst the downpours. 1 x 2lb Graying and 2 x 0.5lb on double red maggots. 1 x very nice trout approx 3lb.
