Terrible as per usual ,road worse than normal and they have the cheek to put the prices to fish up alongside a booking fee ,did not see one fish rise

Water was very coloured, 2 fish lost

Weather was very changeable

Fished between about 0930 to 1700, river was very high for time of year and stayed high all day. Running ledger and pellet baits and fished the last swim downstream left bank. The steps made it easy landing the fish as we had to fish from the top of the bank due to river height.
Always easy to book through fishing passport!

2 Barbel, 14 Chub

Fished from 0630pm until about 9pm. Connected with 5, landed 0 (operator error I fear).

A great beat. Don’t think I even covered half in the time I had. Will be back.

Another great day on this fantastic stretch , be careful when leaving the fishery at the top end of the beat as track is passable but very overgrown
