One small trout on a day that brought very bright sunshine in the morning, changing to a cool, overcast afternoon.
Many flies hatching all day but not many fish rising and those that were appeared to be very small.

Another splendid day watching the river flow by, walked pretty much the whole stretch 2 fish were seen but not caught after numerous casts.
This day was the last of a week fishing on the WUF beats and although all beats were well maintained and beautiful to fish there was distinct lack of fish activity.
One highlight was my fishing buddy Johns new friend the black lab who managed to swim the bridge pool to befriend him for his lunch.
