A couple of dace caught on the fly, and a few trout seen but couldnt interest them. Also accidentally hooked 3 shad whilst swinging a wet fly over the course of the day, which were swiftly returned safely.

Plenty of water to cover on this beat and had the whole beat to myself today . No salmon caught but I did have a salmon follow my fly and saw another jump on beat 4 . X2 shad caught and released
