Fished all accessible pegs,some small chub in faster water at top of beat,4 nice chub lower down in the slow section.Found a peg near boathouse and had 3 barbel in the afternoon.As expected river was very low and sluggish but felt we did well given the conditions.

With the water temperature on the Wye yesterday peaking at almost 24 degrees and rising consistently on a daily basis we took the decision not to fish.
